Hohenzollern Quartier

For the borough of Berlin Wilmersdorf at the Hohenzollerndamm, a new retail and office building will be developed. The modern landmark architecture will enhance the status of the location and provides a contemporary statement to the Hohenzollerndamm.

The shape of the building follows the curved edges of the plot and street along Landecker Straße and Hohenzollerndamm. It is planned to create a link between the building Hohenzollerndamm 134 & 136 on second floor level via a sophisticated pedestrian bridge. The façade concept is based on a clear glazed structure which is framed and ordered by a folded horizontal line. The folding winds along the front edge of the slab as well as at the face sides.
