NeuHouse Enckestra├če

In addition to one of the oldest houses in Kreuzberg a new attractive residential building with different housing typologies will be formed. The 7-storey building is marked by two recessed floors with spacious terraces.
The south facade of the new building is structured by generous loggias which are staggered periodically and each storey. Generous glazing offer beautiful views to the area around the flower hall and on the facade of the Jewish Museum.

The materiality is characterized by noble and natural surfaces such as bright brick, wood and exposed concrete. Together with the also to the project belonging existing old building an attractive quiet residential courtyard with private terraces and landscaped community areas is developed.
